Novotel & Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Night Manager to join our team. As the Night Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during night hours providing exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service and safety.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations during night shifts including front desk, housekeeping and security
  • Conduct night audit procedures and maintain accurate financial records
  • Manage and motivate the night shift team ensuring optimal performance and adherence to company standards
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns and special requests promptly and professionally
  • Make critical decisions independently to resolve issues and maintain guest satisfaction
  • Implement and enforce safety and security protocols during night hours
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Prepare detailed shift reports and communicate important information to day staff
  • Monitor and optimize night shift efficiency and productivity
  • Assist in training and developing night shift team members
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
