Job Summary:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and client-focused Mortgage Advisor to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will assist clients in securing mortgage loans that best fit their financial needs and circumstances while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the mortgage application process providing expert advice and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on mortgage options including loan types, interest rates, repayment terms and eligibility criteria.
• Assess clients’ financial status, creditworthiness and needs to recommend suitable mortgage products.
• Guide clients through the mortgage application process from document collection to loan approval.
• Liaise with banks, financial institutions and developers to negotiate mortgage terms and ensure smooth processing.
• Keep up to date with current mortgage products, lending regulations and market trends in the UAE.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents and financial institutions.
• Conduct client follow-ups and manage the mortgage portfolio to ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare detailed mortgage proposals and presentations.
• Ensure all mortgage applications comply with UAE regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Work closely with legal and compliance teams to facilitate documentation and contract signing.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field preferred.
• Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor or in a related financial advisory role is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, lending procedures and UAE real estate market.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
• Client-oriented with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Familiarity with UAE banking regulations and mortgage lending criteria.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
