Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in paper mills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
• Valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Manage and book orders ensuring compliance with sales processes.
• Lead and support customer negotiations.
• Promote Valmet’s lifecycle solutions and guide customers.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders.
• Collect customer feedback and satisfaction levels.
• Handle high-priority requests and communicate claim progress.
• Align with corporate account management strategies.
