We are looking for a motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Zayed City. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the product range within a store and will be expected to increase sales through effective merchandising strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing merchandising strategies that maximize sales and profit margins
  • Ensuring that the store is well-stocked with appropriate levels of merchandise
  • Managing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while avoiding overstocks or shortages
  • Analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service at all times
  • Collaborating with store staff to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Working closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns that drive sales
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; or equivalent experience in retail management
