Overview

Merchandiser Supervisor (Zayed City)

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Merchandiser Supervisor to join our team in Zayed City. As a Merchandiser Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the merchandising activities of our company. This includes ensuring that all products are displayed and promoted in an attractive and organized manner, maintaining inventory levels, and training and supervising merchandisers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute merchandising strategies to promote sales and enhance customer experience
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that products are adequately stocked
• Train, supervise, and motivate a team of merchandisers to achieve set targets
• Oversee the layout of product displays to attract customers and increase sales
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, sales, and procurement to ensure effective product placement
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ activities
• Generate reports on sales trends, stock levels, and customer feedback to inform decision-making

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in a retail setting

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is preferred

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position based in Zayed City. The standard working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. However, the Merchandiser Supervisor may be required to work evenings and weekends based on business needs. The salary for this position is $900 per month, with free visa and ticket provided.
