Merchandiser in El-Fujairah, UAE

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Merchandiser to join our team in El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the merchandising department, creating and maintaining relationships with customers, and ordering merchandise from suppliers.

The successful candidate should have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and good communication skills. Experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential. A good knowledge of the product range is also desirable.

The job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Developing plans for product display, promotion, and pricing;
2. Working with a team to ensure merchandise is attractively displayed;
3. Creating product displays that meet customer demand;
4. Maintaining relationships with customers;
5. Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner;
6. Negotiating with suppliers on pricing and availability;
7. Ordering merchandise from suppliers when necessary;
8. Keeping inventory records up-to-date;
9. Ensuring store security at all times.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about retail merchandising and have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
