Merchandiser - Retail Stores (English Speaking)

As a Merchandiser for our retail stores in El-Ain, UAE, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are presented in an attractive and organized manner to maximize sales and customer satisfaction. This position is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English and have experience working in a retail environment.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement visual displays and layouts according to company guidelines
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure appropriate stock levels at all times
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of products
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards
• Analyze sales data and make recommendations for product placement and promotions
• Train store staff on visual merchandising techniques and standards
• Collaborate with the marketing department to develop seasonal campaigns and promotions
• Attend trade shows and conferences to stay updated on industry trends

Requirements:

• Indian nationality, currently residing in El-Ain, UAE
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a merchandiser or visual merchandiser in a retail environment
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
• Experience working with suppliers
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

Working hours: This is a full-time position with 6 days per week (48 hours) work schedule.
