Job summary

A multinational technology company located in Dubai is seeking a Regional Account Manager to drive sales of Barrett Communications solutions in the MENA region. Responsibilities include managing sales activities, developing business plans, and maintaining customer relationships. The ideal candidate has 7-10 years of experience in the industry, strong communication skills, and is fluent in both English and Arabic. This position requires significant travel.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7-10 years of sales or business development experience in mission-critical technologies.
  • Proven success in public sector sales.
  • Experience with dealer/distributor model management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all sales activities related to Barrett Communications in MENA.
  • Develop a Sales Business Plan to meet sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Skills

Sales or business development in radio communications
Existing relationships with Ministries of Defense
Strong understanding of HF/VHF/UHF tactical communication systems
Forecasting pipeline management
Negotiation skills
Fluency in English
Fluency in Arabic

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or International Relations
