Medical Representative – CVRM

We are looking for a Medical Representative – CVRM to join our pharmacy sales team.

ROLE SUMMARY

This position is primarily responsible for positively influencing customers’ prescribing behavior to achieve sales targets, develop territory and build strong customer relationships with the objective of maximizing sales volume and market share of designated products in a given territory in compliance with AZ CO.

What you’ll do
  • Engage primary care healthcare professionals in dialogue about approved indications and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on‑label prescribing for appropriate patients.
  • Work with Sales Manager to develop a local strategy and business plan to meet or exceed sales and call execution goals in the territory.
  • Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations.
  • Develop and maintain in‑depth knowledge of the market, demographic, and managed market’s information relative to assigned sales territory.
  • Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc.
  • Ensure excellent medical knowledge and promotional skills related to his/her disease area and product.

Essential for the role
  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical science
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry more than 1 year
  • Comprehensive understanding of the commercial pharmaceutical marketplace

  • Expertise in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Fluency in English
Desirable for the role
  • Previous experience in Cardiovascular therapy area is preferred
  • Previous experience in private & MOH sectors
