Job summary

A leading construction company in Dubai seeks a Material Engineer to ensure compliance of materials with project specifications. Key duties include reviewing specifications, preparing material submittals, and coordinating with engineering teams. Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of experience in material engineering, preferably on building projects, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. This is a full-time position with no remote work opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in material engineering or technical procurement support.
• Experience on building or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Experience in MEP materials is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications, drawings, schedules, and technical requirements.
• Prepare material submittals in accordance with contract and project specifications.
• Coordinate with design and engineering teams to clarify technical requirements.

Skills

Knowledge in international codes and standards

Education
