Job description

This position is responsible for efficiently managing all warehouse transactions within the D365 system:

Undertaking any other duties as required to enhance the efficiency, quality, and service provided by the company.

Adhering to all company health and safety policies, procedures, and safe working practices.

Complying with all company policies and procedures and maintaining confidentiality of company and staff information.

Key Accountabilities:

Efficiently manage all warehouse transactions within the D365 system.

Accurately process Item Arrival Journals and Product Receipts (GRIN) in the system.

Ensure precise posting of transfer orders to facilitate timely production order completion.

Maintain up-to-date system data by promptly posting materials, preventing any gaps.

Post all Movement Journals and Counting Journals on time without any errors.

Manage the monthly depletion of production consumables through Movement Journals accurately and without delays.

Post DLF line delivery notes promptly and correctly.

Maintain records (Inv/GRIN) in accordance with ISO standards.

Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Identify and resolve any discrepancies in inventory records promptly.

Assist in the development and implementation of warehouse process improvements.

Provide training and support to warehouse staff on D365 system usage and best practices.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations.

Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.

Job Context:

This position is responsible for fulfilling all warehouse activities.

To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as required or instructed to maintain and/or improve the efficiency, quality, and service provided by the company.

Health & Safety: Adherence to all company health and safety policies, procedures, and safer working practices.

Comply with all company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of information relating to the company s business and staff.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

ITI / Diploma in Electrical

Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience

Knowledge of Computer/Microsoft office and ERP (D365) system related to Warehouse transactions.
