  • Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines
  • Lead and manage the User Reach team to complete delivery and publish tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Responsible for the growth of new users and transaction conversion.
  • Responsible for product optimization and operational management of the company's outreach tools, including email, announcement, push notifications, etc.
  • Develop usage rules to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards while balancing user experience and business value.
  • Analyze user behavior and feedback to improve the design and functionality of outreach tools, increasing user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Track market trends and competitors' outreach tool strategies, and continuously adjust and optimize the company's operational strategy.
  • Improve resource utilization efficiency by analyzing data and user feedback, optimizing outreach tool deployment strategies, and resource allocation to maximize outreach effectiveness.

Requirements:
