Overview

The Marketing Officer will play a critical role in executing on-ground marketing activities, including community events, activations, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. The role ensures that local cultural nuances are seamlessly integrated into Floward’s overall marketing strategy. Working closely with the Lead Country Marketing Manager, the Marketing Officer will focus on building meaningful community connections and enhancing brand visibility through impactful offline campaigns and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning and Execution: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing community events, activations, and CSR initiatives aligned with Floward’s brand values and strategic marketing goals. Manage event logistics by liaising with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Evaluate the success of events through post-event reports, gathering feedback to enhance future activities.
  • Offline Marketing Campaigns: Support the development and delivery of local offline marketing campaigns that resonate with the community and elevate brand visibility. Track campaign performance and compile insights to inform recommendations for future improvements. Collaborate with the creative team to produce tailored marketing materials that connect with the target audience.
  • Cultural and CSR Initiatives: Contribute to the design and execution of CSR campaigns that celebrate local cultural heritage and strengthen community relations. Engage with community members and organizations to identify opportunities for impactful CSR projects. Ensure CSR initiatives align with Floward’s values and contribute positively to the brand’s reputation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with local influencers, partners, and community leaders to extend Floward’s market presence. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for ongoing marketing initiatives. Identify partnership opportunities that enhance the brand’s reach and relevance within the community.
  • Strategic Alignment and Reporting: Work closely with the Lead Country Marketing Manager to align on-ground activities with the broader marketing strategy. Provide regular updates on local marketing initiatives, including campaign performance, event outcomes, and stakeholder engagement. Ensure that all marketing activities are consistent with Floward’s overall brand identity and strategic goals.
Skills And Qualifications
  • Work Experience Required: 2–4 years of experience in event planning, campaign coordination, and marketing execution within similar markets. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional qualifications in marketing or event management are a plus.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and the local language, with a deep understanding of cultural nuances.
  • Event and Campaign Management: Experience in organizing events and executing marketing campaigns with strong project management skills.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively across various teams, ensuring alignment with both digital and creative strategies.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building relationships with stakeholders and partners.
