Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic resultsdriven Emirati Female Marketing Manager with sales experience to join our client in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will take charge of developing implementing and overseeing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility foster customer engagement and drive revenue growth. As a leader the Marketing Manager will oversee a team collaborate with various departments and execute successful campaigns aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy Development
  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with the resort's business objectives.

  • Conduct market research to gather customer insights and identify growth opportunities.

  • Define target audiences and design tailored campaigns to effectively engage them.

Campaign Management
  • Lead the multichannel marketing campaigns including digital print social media and events.

  • Monitor and assess campaign performance optimizing strategies for better results.

  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce highquality marketing materials such as ads brochures and online content.

Brand Management
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing platforms and materials.

  • Assess and enhance brand effectiveness to strengthen brand recognition and customer loyalty.

  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in brand image across all touchpoints.

Digital Marketing
  • Oversee the digital marketing strategy including SEO/SEM content marketing social media email campaigns and paid ads.

  • Track and analyze performance metrics (e.g. website traffic and conversion rates) to optimize digital growth.

  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends and incorporate new strategies to boost engagement.

Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead mentor and motivate the marketing team to achieve both team and individual goals.

  • Work closely with sales product and customer service teams to ensure marketing efforts align with company objectives.

  • Provide clear communication constructive feedback and guidance for effective campaign.

Budget Management
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget ensuring resources are efficiently allocated.

  • Track and report spending ROI and performance to senior management.

  • Optimize marketing expenditures to maximize return on investment.

Market Analysis & Reporting
  • Conduct market analysis monitor competitor activities and track customer behavior.

  • Produce regular reports showcasing campaign effectiveness and overall performance.

  • Utilize analytics tools to track and fine-tune strategies for continuous improvement.

Event Planning & Coordination
  • Plan and execute events conferences and trade shows to increase brand visibility and strengthen client relationships.

  • Coordinate with vendors sponsors and other stakeholders to ensure successful event.

Public Relations & Communication
  • Manage media relations and oversee public relations activities including press releases and influencer partnerships.

  • Develop communication strategies to maintain a positive brand image and handle crisis communications if needed.

Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.

  • 13 years of marketing and sales experience.

  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and strategies.

  • Expertise in digital marketing (SEO SEM social media content marketing email marketing).

  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics social media insights etc. and reporting).

  • Strong communication leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.

  • Datadriven decisionmaking ability combined with creativity.

Preferred
  • Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.

  • Experience in team management and crossdepartment collaboration.

  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce).

  • Expertise in brand management and corporate communications.

  • Working Hours: 9 hours 5 days, 8 hour 6 days
