The Marketing Manager plays a key role in delivering WSP’s growth marketing strategy within the Middle East Region. This role is responsible for shaping and deploying marketing plans aligned with WSP’s strategic objectives, brand, and business targets. The Marketing Manager delivers marketing strategies and tactics to ensure brand awareness and business growth in the Middle East, in alignment with WSP’s global brand and global strategic action plan.

Through this work, the Marketing Manager actively contributes to the achievement of the marketing team’s objectives: increasing brand awareness and familiarity, supporting business development, work winning and contributing to talent acquisition.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration, with 8+ years of shaping and deploying B2B or services marketing strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and significant experience in working with senior leadership teams and other key stakeholders.
  • Strong experience in engaging clients through the full marketing mix.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and if possible, also in Arabic).
  • Excellent knowledge of marketing and communication technologies and tools including AI.
  • Experience in a global engineering consulting or similar environment is an asset.
  • Ability to work autonomously and lead projects with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent project management skills and business acumen, and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience collaborating with global teams and senior leaders.
  • Creative and innovative thinker – you are responsive to the marketing industry changes and are constantly adapting to the evolving channels, tactics and opportunities.
  • Strong interest in developing knowledge of current marketplace trends.
  • Based/ located in the Middle East (KSA or UAE).
