As the People Leader, we will look to you for fostering our culture, helping us overcome challenges that come with rapid scaling. You will also be responsible for everything people ops and recruitment, and lead the entire people strategy of the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Training and development-Formulate the organizations learning map according to the various departments.
  • Hire and Retain- Strategizing how to hire and retain Top 1% Talent across various industries
  • People Policy Development - Gain an intimate understanding of Torinits business, and purpose in order to design people ops processes that scale with the company including performance management, onboarding, career paths, employee engagement.
  • Cultural Development & Evaluation- Collaborate with the CEO, and leaders of all departments to develop a People strategy that aims to maintain and increase employee engagement
  • Career Growth management- Work with Professional Development Managers to set standards for employee coaching, mentorship and professional development
  • Performance Management-Work with COO, India to implement employee management systems that will help with performance management and people operations
  • Talent Acquisition Process-Work with the recruitment team to design recruitment process that offers a great candidate experience and helps us find the best candidates
  • HR Processes-Redefining Pre Boarding, On Boarding & Off Boarding Process.
  • People Manager Training & Development-Train and coach managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts.
  • Learning & Development Management- Develops training and development programs and objectives.
  • People Experience Map-Strategize and drive people's experience in the organization to create an inclusive culture & work environment.
  • People Brand Building-Exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organization and work on branding of the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 5 years in Learning and Development/Training at fast-moving, high-growth technology companies
  • 3+ years of experience in HR leadership
  • An experienced People leader who has owned a broad range of functions in high-growth environments.
  • Understanding and experience working across all People areas culture, people experience, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, L&D, DEI, operations.
  • Empathy, great communication skills and a high degree of self-reflection combined with the desire to care for people.
  • Solid general business skills, including analytical and project management skills, comfortable with managing budgets and monitoring business results globally
  • Ability to influence internal business partners, lead change, and accomplish goals through a collaborative effort
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create, communicate and direct a team to achieve the companys vision.
  • Bachelors degree in related fields; MBA, MA or MS and/or SPHR or SHRM-SCP is a plus.
  • Experience in agency/consulting environments
