Job summary

A leading marketing agency in Dubai is seeking a creative intern to support their marketing function. In this role, you will design B2B marketing materials, create engaging social media content, and assist with website UX/UI improvements. Ideal candidates will be pursuing a degree in Graphic Design or a related field and have a strong creative background. Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree / diploma in Graphic Design.
  • Prior internship or experience in design / marketing / UX is beneficial.
  • 0 - 1 years working experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.

Responsibilities

  • Design B2B marketing collaterals including case studies and presentations.
  • Create social media graphics aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Support social media management and contribute to campaign ideas.

Skills

Strong understanding of MS Office
Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
Basic understanding of UX / UI principles

Job description

This 3 month internship, you will support the marketing function by creating engaging B2B collateral, social media assets, videos, and animations, while also assisting with website design and UX / UI improvements. You will help strengthen internal and external communications and visually improve the key messages of the organisation. You will also be supporting other departments and helping the team meet their business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Design B2B marketing collaterals (case studies, one-pagers, presentations, infographics).
  • Create social media graphics and visuals aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Assist with producing videos, GIFs, and simple animations for marketing campaigns.
  • Support social media management: prepare posts, adapt visuals, and contribute to campaign ideas.
  • Contribute to UX / UI design improvements for the corporate website and product landing pages (wireframes, layouts, visual refinements).
  • Support website content updates and collaborate on improving user experience across digital platforms.
  • Adapt templates and ensure consistency across digital and print materials.
  • Research social media trends and design best practices to bring fresh ideas to campaigns.
Technical Competencies / Skills
  • Strong understanding of MS Office
  • Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
  • Basic understanding of UX / UI principles, wireframing, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
  • Knowledge of video editing and animation tools is a plus (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X) and content management systems (WordPress, Sprout Social or similar) is an advantage.
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree / diploma in Graphic Design, or related creative / marketing field.
  • Prior internship, freelance, or school project experience in design / marketing / UX is beneficial but not required.
  • 0 - 1 years working experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
