Job Overview

Star Services LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media content, and supporting various marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
  • Manage and update content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
  • Create and schedule posts to ensure consistent market presence.
  • Monitor and report on social media performance, suggesting improvements.
  • Conduct basic editing and graphic design for social media posts and other digital content related to Recruitment, HR, and Manpower Outsourcing.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to create engaging and relevant content.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Liaise with the reporting manager and organize business events.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
  • Basic video editing skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
