Our client is looking for a creative and digitally savvy Marketing Executive with a strong passion for gaming to manage social media content, oversee PR activities, and handle influencer collaborations. The ideal candidate must be a gamer at heart, with the ability to curate engaging gaming-related content and help grow the online presence of gaming brands. This role combines social media management, public relations, and influencer marketing with an understanding of gaming culture and community trends.

Responsibilities
  • Social Media Management:
    • Develop and implement social media strategies for multiple gaming platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, etc.).
    • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including text, images, and videos tailored to each client’s voice and gaming audience.
    • Monitor social media channels and actively engage with followers and gaming communities.
    • Analyze performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports with strategic recommendations.
  • Public Relations & Media Monitoring:
    • Monitor media and digital platforms for brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activity.
    • Maintain and update media lists and support the development of press releases and PR campaigns.
    • Track PR performance including sentiment analysis, reach, and overall brand impact.
  • Influencer Management:
    • Identify relevant gaming influencers and streamers (micro to macro level).
    • Build and manage influencer relationships, negotiate contracts, and coordinate campaign deliverables.
    • Track influencer campaign performance and generate performance reports.
  • Strategy & Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, strategy) to ensure unified messaging across client platforms.
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions and develop creative, on-brand campaigns for gaming audiences.
    • Keep up with gaming trends, platform updates, and new content formats to maintain brand relevance.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    • Provide detailed reports on social media, PR, and influencer campaign performance.
    • Use data to drive insights, optimize performance, and suggest new strategies.
Job Requirements
  • 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably with exposure to social media or PR.
  • Must be a passionate gamer with a deep understanding of gaming culture and trends.
  • Experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate thoughts effectively, are essential.
  • Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of digital platforms, social media tools, and analytics.
