We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Director to lead and drive the brand's marketing initiatives in the fashion industry. This role is responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Strategy: Develop and implement a strong brand positioning and marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns including digital, social media, influencer collaborations and traditional advertising.
  • Content & Creative Direction: Work closely with designers, photographers and content creators to ensure a cohesive brand identity.
  • Ecommerce & Digital Marketing: Enhance online presence through performance marketing, SEO, paid ads and social media growth.
  • Retail & Offline Marketing: Develop marketing initiatives for in‑store promotions, partnerships and events.
  • Market Research & Consumer Insights: Analyze market trends, customer behavior and competitive landscape to refine strategies.
  • Public Relations & Influencer Marketing: Build strong relationships with media, influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget ensuring cost‑effective spending and maximum ROI.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team fostering creativity and collaboration.
  • Performance Tracking: Use analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
