Marketing Coordinator (Immediate Joiner - Abu Dhabi)

Prima Luxury Real Estate is a leading brokerage firm in Dubai, specializing in high-end properties and delivering exceptional client experiences. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to join our dynamic marketing team and elevate our brand presence across digital platforms.

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing, producing, and managing high-quality content that reflects Prima Luxury’s client Emirates Development. This includes social media content, property listings, video scripts, marketing collateral, and storytelling elements that engage and convert audiences. The role requires strong creativity, excellent writing skills, and an understanding of real estate marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling and visually appealing content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook).
• Capture and edit photos and videos of properties, company events, and behind-the-scenes activities.
• Develop scripts, captions, storyboards, and reels for marketing campaigns and property promotions.
• Write and edit high-quality property descriptions, website articles, newsletters, and digital ads.
• Collaborate with the marketing team, agents, and management to ensure content accuracy and brand consistency.
• Manage the company’s social media calendar and schedule content across platforms.
• Stay updated on content trends, real estate market dynamics, and competitor activities.
• Assist with branding initiatives, including corporate presentations, promotional materials, and creative campaigns.
• Ensure all content aligns with luxury positioning and meets Prima Luxury’s quality standards.
• Track performance analytics and recommend improvements to drive audience engagement and lead generation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Executive, Videographer, or similar role (real estate experience is a plus).
• Strong photography, videography, and editing skills.
• Proficiency with editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Canva, Lightroom, CapCut, etc.).
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh, innovative ideas.
• Understanding of content marketing and social media algorithms.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional attitude and strong attention to detail.
