Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager in Dubai to lead our brand management, social media, PR and events, and performance marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both the technology and fashion/cosmetics industries. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, foster customer engagement, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Brand Management: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's vision and goals; ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms, enhancing brand positioning within the market; conduct market research to stay updated on trends in fashion, cosmetics, and technology.
- Social Media Strategy: Create, implement, and oversee social media campaigns that engage target audiences and drive brand awareness; manage content creation, ensuring that it aligns with brand guidelines and trends in the fashion and tech industries; analyze social media performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Public Relations & Events: Develop and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and other stakeholders to promote the brand through press releases, interviews, and event sponsorships; plan and execute PR initiatives, including media events, product launches, and brand collaborations; represent the brand at key industry events, ensuring positive media coverage and brand alignment.
- Performance Marketing: Drive customer acquisition through performance marketing channels (PPC, SEO, SEM, paid social, etc.); manage and optimize marketing campaigns to meet KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, and ROAS; collaborate with the analytics team to monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to ensure optimal results.
- Collaboration & Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives; provide leadership to the marketing team, fostering innovation and creativity in all marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management, social media, PR, and performance marketing.
- Strong experience in both the technology and fashion/cosmetics industries.
- Proven success in managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital and traditional platforms and launching products and brands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling brand narratives.
- Ability to manage budgets, analyze data, and report on marketing performance.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Skills
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM platforms.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and performance metrics.
- Experience working with influencers and managing brand partnerships in the fashion and beauty space.
