Job summary

An international law firm seeks a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to enhance its regional business development efforts in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on proposals, pitch submissions, and RFP responses, along with broader marketing support across the Middle East. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and relevant experience in marketing or business development, preferably within professional services. This position offers a monthly salary of AED 20,000 to 28,000.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of marketing or business development experience, ideally within professional services.
• Law firm experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals, RFPs, and pitch presentations in PowerPoint and Word.
• Track pitch outcomes, wins, and losses, and maintain accurate experience lists.
• Maintain and update the firm’s client/contact database.
• Support events, sponsorships, and memberships to enhance market visibility.
• Assist with drafting submissions for legal directories.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the regional BD function.
• Facilitate communication across practices and offices.
