The Marketing Automation Officer supports the design, implementation, and optimisation of marketing automation campaigns across Mediclinic Middle East. This role is responsible for campaign execution, platform administration, reporting, and segmentation under the guidance of the Martech Manager. The Officer contributes to data‑driven, personalised communications that enhance engagement, lead generation, and customer lifecycle performance while ensuring governance and compliance.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems or a related field
Minimum 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in executing marketing automation campaigns using platforms like Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Oracle Eloqua.
Familiarity with marketing data segmentation, campaign execution, reporting, and CRM integration
