As the Market and Customer Lead for the UAE you will act as the primary integrator between the key customers in the UAE and Siemens Energy, ensuring alignment in market engagement and customer success. Continuously building and sustaining relationships with priority customers and proactively providing market intelligence and customer insights. Further you will be responsible for providing opportunity perspectives to support leadership decision‑making and business growth in the UAE.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Serve as a senior relationship owner for priority UAE accounts.
  • Develop and maintain long‑term key account plans, identifying future demand and engagement priorities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customers’ strategic priorities and challenges.
  • Ensure coordinated engagement across Business Areas for shared accounts.
  • Monitor market developments, customer investment plans, and competitive dynamics in the UAE.
  • Translate market signals into insights for Siemens Energy and brief leadership on market trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Identify white spaces and evolving market segments aligned with Siemens Energy’s portfolio, recommending engagement strategies for new markets.
  • Support Business Areas in prioritizing opportunity pipelines and act as an integrator to identify synergies across Business Areas.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Economics, or related field (MSc desirable).
  • Extensive experience in market development, key account management, or business development in the energy or industrial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE energy and infrastructure ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to work across multiple business units and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills; fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Proactive, adaptable strategic thinker with strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills, passionate about energy transition and innovation.
