JOB PURPOSE:
Plan, lead, organize, and manage the operations of CIB & PB in line with bank policies, procedures, regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements. Assist in completing CIB Operations Process related financial transactions daily, enhancing operational quality and efficiency by providing improvement suggestions and support to GTB, Global Cash Management, FI / NBFI, Government clients, and Personal Banking. Support all activities necessary to ensure the service delivery processing activities of the team are completed within the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) regarding turnaround times, volume, and quality. Assist the team in solving day-to-day problems and implementing continuous improvement projects across the team.
