Job description
Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and supplier contracts across UAE, KSA, Morocco, and wider GCC.
  • Ensure adherence to local laws and regulatory frameworks across jurisdictions.
  • Oversee and validate customer and supplier rebate structures.
  • Conduct legal research for offshore opportunities and new supplier relationships.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks; develop strategies to prevent liabilities and litigation.
  • Support corporate governance processes and board‑related activities, ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements.
  • Align legal priorities with DXB Live’s strategic objectives.
  • Define KPIs for legal operations and ensure accountability.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Operations, and other units to support business activities.
  • Design and implement legal policies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead adoption of new legal processes, templates, and governance initiatives.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and in line with governance standards.
  • Role is based out of DXB Live office.
  • Requires travel occasionally to international locations for training and development of teams.
  • Effective communication will be the key.
Formal Education
  • Degree from a reputable Law University.
Work Experience
  • 9‑10 years’ relevant experience in a reputed organization in UAE/GCC experience preferred.
