Role Overview :

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence for the company's security services, including manned guarding, electronic surveillance, integrated security solutions, and risk management services. This role requires strong client relationship skills, a deep understanding of the security industry, and the ability to develop strategies to meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the security services sector (manned guarding, CCTV, access control, alarm systems, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (corporates, government entities, real estate developers, facility management companies, etc.).
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Prepare proposals, tenders, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with operations and technical teams to design customized security solutions for clients.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums.
