Student Accommodation Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Student Accommodation Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of our student housing facilities in El-Ain. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in property management. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$, with accommodation and free visa and ticket provided.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of student housing facilities, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the smooth operation of the facilities
- Ensure all units are properly maintained and address any maintenance issues promptly
- Oversee the leasing process, including marketing, tenant screening, and lease agreements
- Handle resident concerns and complaints in a timely manner
- Monitor rent payments and enforce late fees when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of all resident information and financial transactions
- Create a welcoming community atmosphere for our students

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in property management or related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively under pressure
