The role requires 3 years of experience in the Chemicals industry and proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems. Qualifications

Overview

This is your opportunity to be part of a dynamic team. In this role, you will be entrusted to ensure the upkeep of plant, equipment and carry out preventive/corrective maintenance to improve productivity of manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for upkeep of plant equipment and carry out preventive/corrective maintenance to improve productivity of manufacturing facilities.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Safety regulations in day-to-day activities.
• Complete assignments on a day-to-day basis and report deviations and take necessary actions.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams, external contractor teams for specialized system maintenance and project execution.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance engineering work including review of mechanical and electrical engineering specifications, and perform engineering reviews of proposed new equipment designs to assess reliability, ease of maintenance, and availability of replacement parts.
• Liaise with production staff to coordinate repair work, statutory safety inspections and supply of new plant and equipment with production schedules.
• Participates in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.

Qualifications

• ITI/DIPLOMA in Electrical
• 3 years hands-on experience in Paint/Chemical industry would be ideal
• Troubleshooting with VFD panels and starters like DOL, RDOL, STAR-DELTA
• Testing of LT panels, PCCs, MCCs, and Capacitor Banks
• Phenomenal teammate and interpersonal skills
• Practical knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic systems
• English proficiency – Speak, Read & Write
