Overview

Maintenance specialist vacancy in Sharjah UAE

Responsibilities

• Guarantees that all designs upkeep repair service functions associated to the material of the hotel structure i.e. wall surface papering, painting and also decorating, etc
• Executes all prep work functions as well as embellish all ceilings and wall surfaces within the complex
• Prepares and embellishes all woodwork i.e. doors, architrave's, window and skirting boards
• Strips and prepares all walls to take new wallpaper as and when advised to do so
• Repairs and keeps existing wall surface treatments
• Performs preventative maintenance routines for all enhancing jobs as guided by the Chief Engineer
• Works to maintain an optimum operational stability for the hotel

Qualifications

• Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• Experience: Painter, 1 year (Preferred)
• Language: English (Preferred)
• Ability to commute/relocate: Sharjah; relocation plan (Preferred)
