Job description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day maintenance operations across our properties, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and track all maintenance requests via system, email, and WhatsApp
  • Coordinate and follow up with maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Liaise with other departments to minimize downtime and optimize resources
  • Maintain accurate records: work orders, logs, inventory, and reports
  • Arrange tools, materials, permits, and access before work begins
  • Review maintenance petty cash and verify receipts
  • Ensure properties are in good condition prior to handover to leasing
  • Manage keys, access cards, and portal/system access
  • Support visa, labor cards, and work permit coordination for maintenance staff
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports
  • Handle administrative duties and support the line manager as per SOPs
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in maintenance coordination or facilities management
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Outlook)
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
