Position: Maintenance Coordinator

Salary: 6800 AED

Rotation: 60/30

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for all equipment and facilities
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
  • Monitor and track maintenance activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any equipment or facility issues
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair services
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities including equipment maintenance logs and service reports
  • Develop and maintain relationships with equipment suppliers to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and supplies
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in maintenance processes and implement necessary changes
  • Train and supervise maintenance staff to ensure they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties
  • Monitor and manage maintenance budget to ensure cost-effective operations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in maintenance technology and incorporate them into our processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
