Job summary

A leading food service company in Dubai is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations. The role requires strong leadership skills, effective problem-solving, and a deep understanding of preventive maintenance in F&B environments. You will manage maintenance teams, budget, and vendor relationships while ensuring compliance and performance monitoring. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years in maintenance and an electro-mechanical engineering background. This position supports multiple store locations.

Role Overview

To ensure cost-efficient maintenance operations by optimizing internal and external resources, minimizing operational disruptions, and maintaining a high-quality experience for employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all maintenance activities, including planning, resource allocation, and execution.
  • Supervise maintenance teams and ensure efficient maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
  • Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, spare parts, and cost control.
  • Manage annual maintenance contracts and vendor relationships to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Oversee calibration of store equipment including ovens, makelines, HVAC, and signage.
  • Lead emergency maintenance responses when required.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and proper documentation.
  • Monitor performance, prepare reports, and oversee asset management.
  • Support new store openings, relocations, and remodeling projects.
