Job description

We are currently looking to recruit a Magento Developer to be based at our EMEA branch in Dubai, U.A.E.

As a critical member of the E-commerce team, the Magento Developer is primarily responsible for building and maintaining outstanding eCommerce sites on the Magento 2 platform. You will be dedicated to Digital Marketing and Website Design and development initiatives and will work closely with Information Technology, marketing, and graphic design teams. Success factors include being a dynamic and intelligent individual with strong web skills that will design front and back-end / user interface for digital initiatives. If you’re adept at working in a fast-paced, digitally-centric environment, are a collaborative and results-oriented self-starter who is technologically savvy, organized, and able to operate well in a team under pressure, we’d like to meet you.

Requirements:

• Superior understanding of responsive website design and experience optimizing and refactoring front and back-end code for performance and speed.
• Minimum of 2 years real-world e-commerce experience with Magento development in the last 2 years.
• Magento / Magento 2 Certified Associate Developer certification would be an added advantage.
• Fluent written and spoken English is a must for this role.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints.
• Should be able to take directions well and be a fast learner.
• Above all, the ideal candidate must be highly motivated, enthusiastic, and full of energy.
