Job description

Purpose of the Job

1. Responsible for operate/monitor/troubleshoot and perform preventive action on assigned machines to achieve high volume production.

2. The Machine Operator will also be responsible for Size change, to maintain stocks based on the demand and following with the predetermined quality specifications.

Key Accountabilities

· Follow Standard operating procedure in work and adhere to safe work practices, Efficient operation of Krones PET line machines, attend basic troubles.

· Operate/monitor on assigned machine during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops and to perform preventive and routine maintenance activities to ensure proper machine startup and operation to achieve high machine efficiency.

· Communicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels as per SOP to attain cost-effective production.

· Prepare production reports with high accuracy and highlight day to day machine/material/operational issues on time to supervisor to plan preventive and planned maintenance.

· Strictly follow GMP and Housekeeping practices and punctual in duties.
