Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in concept design for large-scale residential developments.
• Deep knowledge of luxury materials, finishes, and suppliers.
• Fluency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Create the overall design concept, mood, and style for large residential projects.
• Develop presentations (mood boards, 3D visuals) to explain ideas to clients.
• Select all furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes (FF&E).
• Create detailed technical drawings and plans for contractors.
• Work closely with architects, contractors, and suppliers.
• Visit sites to check on progress and ensure design is followed.
