Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience within luxury hotels.
• Proven results in a similar role.
• Understanding of hotel/resort policies on room allocation.

Responsibilities

• Handle and assist in department training and orientation of new hosts.
• Monitor daily arrivals and coordinate with housekeeping management.
• Supervise and inspect the work of Housekeeping hosts.

Skills

MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Knowledge of hotel systems including POS, PMS, and CRM platforms

Fluent in English
