• Oversee efficient operation of the resort's club and In Room Dining department.
• Develop cohesive goals with the Food and Beverage Manager.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences in IRD and Club areas.
• Conduct monthly inventory and uphold local laws within department.

Skills

Advanced MS Office

Familiarity with OPERA and MICROS

Knowledge of Food and Beverage terminology

Fluent in English

Education
