Qualifications

• Must have considerable pre-contract and post-contract experience on major projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the master programme for the project.
• Ongoing monitoring and reporting of all programme-related activities.
• Proactive management of contractor’s programme.
• Detailed reviews of contractor programme.
• Monitor the planning and project controls works.
• Develop and monitor the permitting and authority approvals process.
• Prepare baseline programme and monthly reports.
• Provide the Project Manager with weekly progress updates.
• Review and analyze contractors’ claims.
