Logistics Supervisor

Role & Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse and transport operations on-site across receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch to meet delivery targets and SLA requirements.
• Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliation, stock adjustments and root‑cause analysis to minimise shrinkage and stockouts.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with carriers, freight forwarders and customs brokers; ensure timely documentation and UAE customs compliance.
• Lead, coach and schedule warehouse staff; enforce safety protocols, PPE usage and equipment operation standards to maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor operational KPIs (OTD, picking accuracy, inventory accuracy, turnaround time); prepare dashboard reports and drive continuous improvement actions.
• Implement and maintain WMS/TMS processes, support system configurations, and work with stakeholders to resolve operational escalations.
