Key Job Responsibilities

To help us maintain our high standards of service we are seeking an experienced and accomplished Logistics Executive to drive both innovation and execution in our busy last‑mile network. The Logistics Executive provides on‑ground support to Ops and Program teams with initiatives that require complex investigation and proactivity. With a mix of operational and program expertise the Logistics Executive works with various stakeholders to monitor and drive resolution of operational call‑outs, minimize overall business risk and maintain the high Amazon quality bar. You should be able to dive deep, scrutinize details and foresee data implications.Decoded the role is critical in the Variable Program team organization as it serves as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders with business objectives in mind. Being organized, acting promptly to notify off‑operational situations, being a problem‑solver and detail‑oriented are part of your DNA. At the same time you will support the Program team that works on the backend to gather insights and use them to enhance program lifecycle and ensure Amazon standards and partner best experience.
