Logistic Coordinator

As a Logistic Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the transportation of goods, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth transportation of goods.
• Track inventory levels and manage stock movements.
• Plan and schedule shipments based on customer orders.
• Communicate with customers regarding shipment statuses and any delays or issues.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor shipping costs to maintain budget and negotiate rates with carriers when necessary.
• Conduct regular inspections of warehouse facilities to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Implement strategies to improve transportation efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize delivery times.

Requirements
