We are seeking a welcoming and dynamic Lobby Ambassador to join our team at Rixos Al Mairid, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a seamless and memorable arrival experience while upholding the highest standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome all guests with warmth, professionalism, and punctuality
  • Provide personalized assistance regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer solutions to enhance their stay
  • Apply up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize guest experience
  • Collaborate with Guest Relations Supervisors, Managers, and other departments to ensure smooth guest service
  • Monitor and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby environment
  • Handle guest requests and complaints efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and timely resolution
  • Support VIP arrivals and special events by delivering a seamless guest experience
  • Stay updated on hotel promotions, policies, and brand standards to assist guests accurately.
