• Availability to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and mentoring to staff.
• Manage and support staff in line with Company’s Policies and Procedures.
• Promote and support effective team working through good communication.
• Identify individual and team learning and development needs.
• Ensure all services are delivered within established Policies and Procedures.
