Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in sales and marketing of Life Safety, Fire Alarm or Emergency Lighting systems.
• Candidate must possess good direct selling skills in UAE.

Responsibilities

• Achieve growth plans for Life Safety Business in UAE.
• Lead a team of Sales Managers/Engineers driving growth of Life Safety business portfolio in UAE.
• Develop and execute growth & marketing plans and programs.
• Ensure timely, accurate quotations of project quotes.
• Provide technical backup to ensure client design approval.
• Effectively manage the design and implementation of projects.
• Liaise with local authorities for necessary certification.
• Maintain effective customer relations with consultants and contractors.

We are seeking a Life Safety Engineer – Customer Facing – Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The role leads the growth and commercial success of Eaton’s Life Safety business across the UAE, driving market expansion, product penetration, and sustainable profitability. Overseeing a team of Sales Managers and Engineers, this position is responsible for shaping and executing strategic sales and marketing plans, ensuring the delivery of accurate project quotations, and maintaining strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end users. The position also provides technical and operational oversight to secure design approvals, support project execution, and ensure compliance with local authority regulations, while enabling cross‑selling opportunities and maximizing Eaton’s market presence in the region.

What you’ll do

• Achieve growth plans for Life Safety Business in UAE.
• Lead a team of Sales Managers/Engineers driving growth of Life Safety business portfolio in UAE.
• Develop and execute growth & marketing plans and programs, both short and long term, to ensure profit growth and expansion of products and services. This embraces strategies covering the introduction of new product lines, incremental growth within established markets, and market development in targeted growth regions.
• Develop annual and long‑term action plans, designed to ensure that Eaton targets for growth in the assigned territories are met.
• Ensure timely, accurate quotations of project quotes in assigned areas.
• Prepare accurate and timely sales analysis on a monthly/weekly basis to provide management with information relating to sales results and forecasts.
• Provide technical backup to ensure client design approval is secured along with commissioning support for ongoing projects and the installed base in the region of concern.
• Effectively manage the design and implementation of projects to ensure maximum profitability, smooth completion and handover.
• Liaise with local authorities to ensure relevant certification and local approvals required for Eaton products.
• Maintain effective customer relations with consultants, contractors and end users to ensure and achieve the desired market position for the products.
• Provide advice and guidance to management regarding product requirements for target markets with the objective of securing maximum market share and sustainable market growth.
• Undertake distributor management to ensure client satisfaction and the outgoing serviceability of safety critical equipment.
• Communicate and connect other Eaton divisions to support and deliver cross‑selling within assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Graduate Engineering Degree – ideally Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial.
• 10+ years experience in sales and marketing of Life Safety, Fire Alarm or Emergency Lighting systems – candidate must possess good direct selling skills in UAE.
