Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Agent role located in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for leasing residential properties, managing lease agreements, and assisting clients in finding the right homes. Daily tasks include handling property inquiries, scheduling and conducting property showings, negotiating lease terms, and ensuring lease contracts are properly executed. Exceptional customer service and thorough lease administration will be critical in this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Leases, Lease Administration, and Residential Leasing
• Experience with Property Management practices and operations
• Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in communication and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of real estate laws and regulations in the UAE
• Relevant experience in real estate or a related field is highly preferred
