As a Learning and Development Coordinator at Hilton, you will play a key role in creating a culture and environment where Team Members can learn, grow, and thrive. Learning & Development is about more than training—it’s about fostering a culture of CARE across the organization. You will partner with departments to support their development objectives, ensure Hilton’s service standards are upheld, and drive initiatives that enhance Team Member engagement and performance.

What will I be doing?
  • Deliver high-quality training programs that empower Team Members to grow and succeed while supporting Hilton’s service excellence standards.
  • Coordinate and administer vocational qualifications and other formal learning initiatives.
  • Implement Hilton’s in-house training plans while fostering a culture of CARE, ensuring that every learning experience reflects Hilton’s values.
  • Identify training and development needs across departments in collaboration with Line Managers, Heads of Department, HR, and Learning & Development leadership.
  • Assist departments in achieving their learning objectives and conduct monthly reviews to monitor progress.
  • Prepare, organize, and deliver in-house training sessions, including Recruitment & Selection, Discipline & Grievance, and other essential learning programs.
  • Ensure new Team Members complete all mandatory departmental and legal training.
  • Facilitate monthly meetings with departmental trainers to ensure training needs are being met and to reinforce a culture of learning
