Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Offshore Operation Engineer with a strong background in marine and subsea operations for EPC/EPCI offshore projects. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate vessel and barge preparation mobilization and offshore ensuring alignment with project requirements and HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise marine and subsea operations for offshore installation campaigns.
• Manage vessel and barge readiness including mobilization demobilization and equipment integration.
• Coordinate DP (Dynamic Positioning) and derrick pipelay operations.
• Interface with marine contractors project teams and offshore crews.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications industry standards and safety regulations.
• Prepare and review operational procedures risk assessments and method statements.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 810 years offshore experience including EPC/EPCI project .
• Proven expertise in DP operations pipelay (derrick) and subsea installation.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills in offshore environments.
• Valid offshore certifications (e.g. BOSIET HUET).
