WE ARE ON THE LOOK OUT FOR: LEAD CREATIVE MARKETING aka MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Social Media, Content and Artworks
  • Manage day-to-day execution of hotel social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin and TikTok as required)
  • Plan and schedule posts, reels, stories, and captions in line with brand tone and campaigns
  • Create basic marketing artworks and social media creatives using tools like Canva, in line with brand guidelines
  • Assist in influencer collaborations and barter partnerships
  • Coordinate with photographers/ videographers, content creators and outlets for content creation
  • Cover on-ground events, activations and concepts via stories & reels
  • Monitor engagement, respond to DMs/comments, and escalae enquiries when required
  • Track basic performance metrics and prepare monthly social media reports
  • Execute and manage paid digital campaigns across Meta platforms (boosted posts, ads, offers), including targeting, budgets, and performance tracking
PR & Communications Support
  • Assist in drafting press releases, media pitches, and event invitations
  • Coordinate with media for media coverage, listings, etc
  • Maintain media and influencer database
  • Support media visits, influencer stays, and hosted experiences
  • Ensure brand messaging and visuals are aligned with Radisson RED guidelines
Brand & Marketing Support
  • Support marketing campaigns for F&B promotions, staycations, events, and seasonal offers
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline touchpoints
  • Support emailers and in-hotel collateral when needed
  • Design in-house collateral including flyers, menus, posters and hotel screen banners
  • Manage the e-newsletter plan, development for hotel products and services, ensuring regular and timely distribution to relevant guest channels.
  • Monitor, review and report on all marketing and PR activity and results.
  • Manage the supply chain and timelines of print projects including costs, design and copy
Communications Management

Manage hotel communications including signage for public spaces, elevator screens, in-room TVs, in-room screens and drafting in-room guest letters.

Key Requirements
Experience & Skills
  • 2 years of experience in marketing, social media and PR
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms
  • Hands‑on experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools
  • Ability to create basic artworks and marketing creatives independently
  • Good copywriting skills for captions and marketing content
  • Organized, proactive, and able to multitask
  • Knowledge of Dubai market and social media trends
